If you can't receive calls on your HUAWEI,
please try the power saving setting below.
Note: The operations might be different depending on type of device, OS or version.

Android version 4.x and 5.x
Go to "Settings" on the device and select the "ALL" tab.
Go to "Power saving" > "Protected apps" and put a checkmark for SkyPhone if it is not checked.

Android version 6.x or later
Go to "Settings" on the device > "Advanced settings" > "Battery manager" > "Protected apps" and put a checkmark for SkyPhone.

Note: If not checked, you can't receive incoming call notifications. Your caller will hear a ringback tone for a while and then see the "No Response" message.
