You can change your SkyPhone number only in the following steps. Your History, SkyPhone Contacts and Settings will remain the same.
Note: You can't use your previous number after you get your new SkyPhone number.
The previous number can be acquired by another user.
in SkyPhone > "Reset" > Tap "Get a New SkyPhone Number."<SkyPhone User Support Summer Holiday Closing>
The SkyPhone User Support will be closed during the following time.
Holiday Closing Time: From Wednesday, December 28, 2022 To Wednesday, January 4, 2023 (JST)
Unavailable Services: User support services (including our responses to your inquiries)
Please note that you'll be responded on January 5 (JST) or later if you contact us after 1:00 PM on December 27 (JST).
You can continue using SkyPhone as usual while our user support services are unavailable.
